Firefighter Saves Dog’s Life By Performing CPR After Rescuing Him From A Fire

Andrew Klein is a firefighter who takes his mission of saving lives very seriously, not only for humans but also for animals. The Santa Monica Fire Department, where Klein works, was dispatched to put out a fire where a dog named Marley was trapped. Klein didn’t think twice about rushing in to save the little creature.

Meanwhile, photographer Billy Fernando was around the area when the accident happened and witnessed the heroic moment. “As I was standing outside, I saw the firefighter, Mr. Klein, running toward the curbside grass area carrying something,” Fernando said. “I didn’t know what it was at first, but then I realized that it was a pet who had been trapped in the fire. The dog was unconscious, limp and not moving at all.”

Klein immediately began CPR on the doggie and after 20 minutes, the cutie came back to itself and the owner was as grateful as could be!
